Paul specializes in personal financial planning, asset allocation, and investment management for individuals and families. He also guides business owners in establishing qualified retirement plans for their businesses. He has more than 26 years of professional experience as a financial advisor, business manager, and military officer. Paul is a registered representative with Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC.
 

Education and Professional Development

Paul is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner and a member of the York County Estate Planning Council. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and a Major in the US Army Reserve.

Community Involvement

Paul resides in East York and is active as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts and York Little League.
