Experience

Nikki M. Hoffman, CPA a principal with over 14 years of public accounting experience, has been involved in a variety of engagements with a concentration in auditing. She has worked with many types of businesses, including engineering, manufacturing and distribution, agricultural, and pensionand 401(k) plans. Nikki is the firm's Accounting and Auditing Service Line Director.

Education and Professional Designations

Nikki is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. At Stambaugh Ness, she is a member of the Accounting and Auditing Committee. This committee is responsible for keeping the firm up-to-date with professional standards and regulations. This committee is also responsible for improving current procedures and standards for more efficient and effective audits and other accounting services. Nikki also serves as a team leader on the committee responsible for transitioning the firm to a “paperless” environment. Prior to her employment with Stambaugh Ness, Nikki was employed in Pittsburgh by KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where her main concentration was audit engagements for the manufacturing and distribution industry.

NIkki is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of PA (ACEC/PA).

Community Involvement 

Nikki serves as Treasurer of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is involved with the American Cancer Society, United Cerebral Palsy and other local charities. Nikki is a member of the Hanover Network Exchange Team.
