• 2 to 10 years of either audit or tax experience
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results by working independently, and as part of a team
• Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels within a company
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred
